Born in Brooklyn, New York and resident of Cidra, Puerto Rico. Lawyer for 39 years with experience at State and Federal Law with 9 years as a State Prosecutor specialized in Drugs and Organized crime. Have been fishing since I was a kid and Im presently part of the La Plata Fishing Club.

The Puerto Rico Sports Fishing Federation (PRSFF), is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides leadership for our Puerto Rico fishing teams as they compete worldwide. We share our love of competitive angling by engaging in International and Local events, we support education and conservation actions of our natural resources and empower the local fishing community groups to grow and promote competitive fishing.

To develop fishing teams to represent Puerto Rico to compete in amateur world championship fishing events.

Promote environmental stewardship, catch & release angling and natural resource management.

Enrich local communities both economically & socially by conducting fishing events

Educate youth anglers, local fishing clubs and executing regional outdoor initiatives.

Introduce the people of Puerto Rico to World Championship Angling, and invite them to pursue

the exhilarating honor of representing Puerto Rico in the spirit of Olympic Style Competition.
